The financial decision making around renewable energy projects require the interaction of renewable energy developers with various stakeholders, including the Government. While it is true that the more experienced developers have a fair understanding of the financial markets from which they can easily tap funding resources, the same is not true for start-ups and medium enterprises who generally lack financial leverage.
